You can make the difference of a lifetime for the 127,000 US children in foster care available for adoption .    Request Information on Domestic Adoptions Building Blocks Adoption can assist you with locating a waiting, adoptable child through national photolistings of waiting children in foster care, local child welfare agencies and network agencies who place children in need of forever families. We will present your profile at various meetings, gatherings of agencies and online to state agencies who have children in need of placement. Locating an adoptable child in the state foster care system is a team effort between the adoptive family and our agency.  State Waiting Children Adoption Program: Children waiting in the state foster care systems for permanent placement. The family has or will identify a waiting, adoptable child through the state foster care program.
